US vs Lamantia, court document revolving around wire taps at Italian American Club with information on Frank Caruso, son of "Skids" Causo (former crime boss of 23rd Street crew), brother of Bruno Caruso, and father of Frank Caruso, Jr, sentenced to 8 years last week for "hate crimes" in beating of Clark in Brideport neighborhood. Frank was kicked out of LIUNA in 1995 for being a member of organized crime and is now organizing political friends to defeat retention candidacy of Judge Locallo, sentencing judge. Judge needs 60% of vote to be retained. Frank Caruso, despite my complaints, remains as director of my pension fund investments.(Where the money is-$1 billion plus). LIUNA IG agents can not investigate pension funds.

McGough, a reform-minded member of LIUNA for 14 years firmly believes in the members' right to know any and all information essential to their right of self- governance . McGough will call "Bullshit" "Bullshit" when he sees it , smells it, or reads it. "The "Truth", the "whole Truth", and nothing but the "Truth"is what is required from DOJ, DOL, LIUNA.We don't expect the imposssible from COIA.
