I, John Burch, member laborers local 81 make the following statements with the belief that these statements are true. In early April 1999 I was called to work at the Kouts School, Kouts IN, for Larson/Danielson contractors. It was told to me in the following weeks by supervision that when my name was given to Mike Campbell to fill a job order his reply was, are you sure you want that guy, I have 120 mason tenders on the list is that the guy you want.

From then on Mike Campbell tried an many occasions to have me dismissed from my job with this company.

Mike CAMPBELL WOULD TELL THE SUPERINTENDENT WHY DON'T YOU LAY THAT GUY OFF I CAN GET YOU A GOOD MAN TO TAKE HIS PLACE.

Once on a rain day when I failed to clean out the mixer it led to a 45 minute delay the following day. Mike Campbell heard about this he told the superintendent

WHY DON'T YOU FIRE HIM.

This same superintendent has told these accounts to me and other Laborers. The reason I believe Mike Campbell would want to get me removed from my job is solely because I have been an outspoken critic of Business agent Frank Bova and his fairness team administration.
