Please be advised that I am responding to your letter of January 8, 1999 regarding my behavior toward your client Charles LeConche.

It is my opinion that you should know prior to commencing any action, as stated in your letter. that Mr. LeConche's personality and "qualifications'" to function in his position as Business Manager of the CLDC, often in a despotic, vindictive and tyrannical manner while meetings are routinely conducted absent appropriate parliamentary procedure; accompanied by what I consider to be Mr. LeConche's unfortunate imbalance for medicinal remedies and obvious hypochondriacal state of mind explains why on almost any given day Mr. LeConche might be upset and had sought medical treatment.
