Trial Dates

Rocco D'Andrea, 49 of 1334 Ryerson Crt., faces trial Oct. 20 on a charge of assaulting union member Joe Portiss, 32 of 215 Trudeau Dr. Dan D'Andrea, 24 of 747 Manor Park Cres. And Giacomo (Jack) Restivo 26, of 1348 Michigan Ave. Have elected trial by judge and jury on their charges of assaulting Mr. Portiss and their preliminary hearing will be held Oct. 20.

Mr. Portiss, who has been charged with assaulting the senior D'Andrea, and his wife Evelyn Portiss, 29, who is charged with making threatening phone calls, will both speak to their charges Aug. 8.
