Union Figures Are Arraigned

AP MIAMI, Oct. 3, Pleas of not guilty have been entered for four men accused of conspiracy in dealings with union trust funds. Arraigned yesterday were Arthur E. Coia, an official of the Laborers International Union of North America; his son, Arthur A. Coia; Albert J. Lepore, counsel to the Rhode Island Laborers Health and Welfare Trust Fund, and Joseph J. Vaccaro Jr., a trustee of the New England Laborers Training and Trust Fund. A fifth defendant, Raymond L.S. Patriarca, a reported crime figure, did not appear.
