I have asked Mr. Peter Vira in regards to other members of the Executive Board who have been acclimated and are solicting on behalf of the Business Manager. I have been told that they can not use the phone numbers in the office to solicit.

And I have been told by the President that if it is in the phone book it is ok. I dissaprove of this I have noticed that the Presidents phone at home is busy for long periods of time I have tried to contact him and he is not available. His line has been busy for at least three hours. could you tell me if this is legal or not? The election is two weeks away.
